Community Rules
1- Do not disclose your personal information
Description:
Personal data includes:
-Full name;
-Email;
-Password;
-Residential or other address;
-Phone number;
-Social security number, passport or national identity;
-Real-life, personal, or family photos; and
-Other identifiable personal data.
2- Harassment and cyberbullying
Description:
We do not tolerate this. Some examples include comments or acts with the goal of:
-Stalking, threatening, intimidating, harming, attacking, abusing, or humiliating someone (or something someone cares about). This includes using or encouraging the use of profanity;
-Disclosing someone's personal data;
-Sexualizing someone or something, which includes sexual harassment and sexual bullying in any form;
-Harassing or isolating someone (or something someone cares about) for ridicule, abuse, malicious attack or any similar act;
-Calling attention to others' inappropriate behavior in public. You should use our site's communication tools to inform us of any inappropriate behavior; and
-Inciting others to engage in the acts listed above.
3- Exposing children to risky situations.
Description:
We have users of all ages and want to create a safe environment for everyone, including children. Thus, we do not allow any act that could put children in inappropriate or dangerous situations, such as:
-Corruption of minors and other predatory behavior;
-Anything that sexualizes children; and
-Any other acts or comments related to these Rules directed at children or about children.
4- Discriminatory speech or acts
Description:
You are not authorized to engage in discriminatory acts or speech based on any of the following:
-Race or ethnicity;
-Nationality;
-Religion or religious affiliation;
-Disability or illness;
-Gender, gender identity or sexual orientation;
-Age; or
-Veteran status.
5- Threats and self-harm.
Description:
In the digital environment, it is difficult to discern what is a joke and what is serious. Because of this, we take all threats seriously and do not allow any threat on Gamero. We also take self-harm communications very seriously.
6- Seeking romantic encounters or partners for romantic encounters.
Description:
As a social platform for chatting, Gamero tries to offer a safe place to meet friends online, play games, chat, and collaborate on creative projects. However, this is not the place to seek partners for romantic encounters.
7- Sexual content.
Description:
We do not allow such content, including:
-Sexual content or acts, sexual violence, exploitation of any kind or excessive violence. This includes such content, regardless of nudity or whether it reaches the level of pornography or is explicit.
8- Excessively violent content and/or related to tragic events or current circumstances.
Description:
We do not allow such content, including:
-Atrocities, massacres, and other shocking real (or pseudo-real) world events; and
-Extreme violence, physical or psychological abuse.
9- Dangerous, unethical, and illegal activities.
Description:
Not only do we not allow these activities, but we also do not allow anyone to talk about them or encourage others to talk (or engage) in these acts, including:
-Illegal system invasions, identity theft, insults, vulnerability explorers, fraud, spam, deceptive practices, scams;
-Thumbnails or other misleading, sexual or sexually inappropriate images, videos, or texts;
-Gambling with Gamero or real money;
-Criminal activity by terrorist organizations, Nazis or neo-Nazis, gangs, and gang violence;
-Instructions for committing violent activities, including bomb or weapon making;
-Criminal activity;
-Illegal drugs or controlled medication without a prescription;
-Use or sale of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco
-Use or sale of drugs, alcohol or tobacco by minors; and
-Blackmail or extortion.
10- Discrimination.
Description:
We expressly honor diversity in age, gender, gender identity or expression, culture, ethnicity, language, nationality, political beliefs, profession, race, religion, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, and technical ability. We do not tolerate discrimination based on any of the protected characteristics above, including participants with disabilities.
11- Consequences and Violations.
Description:
The type and degree of measures we take for violations (i.e., a violation of the Gamero Guidelines and other guidelines that are part of these General Guidelines, including these Rules) are judged on a case-by-case basis (at our sole discretion). We weigh the type of violation, whether you are a repeat offender, and other factors. You should be aware of the following:
Certain minor violations will result in a warning or temporary suspension.
More serious violations will result in permanent suspension.
If your violation is severe, we may not allow you to have the Verified Badge.
If you have multiple accounts, we reserve the right to take action against all of your accounts for any single violation or multiple violations.
The account holder is responsible for all violations that occur on that person's account. Therefore, never give your password to anyone else (except, if you are a minor, to your legal guardian).
Do not publicly discuss any measures we have taken against you or another person for a violation.

If you violate these Rules while participating in a live event organized on behalf or at the location of Gamero, you may be barred or expelled from the event at the discretion of the event organizers.
If you see another user or content on our site disrespecting our Guidelines, click the Report button to register an incident in our moderation systems.
