Inactive Accounts Policy

To ensure the security and integrity of our platform, we apply the following policy for inactive accounts:


1. Period of Inactivity: An account will be considered inactive if there is no activity (login, use of services) for a continuous period of 6 months.


2. Permanent Ban: If the account remains inactive for 6 months, it will be permanently banned from our system.


3. Appeal Period: After the ban, the user will have a period of 30 days to appeal and request the reactivation of the account. During this period, the user must contact us at contact@gamerocorporation.com and provide the requested information.


4. Permanent Deletion: If there is no appeal within the 30 days or if the appeal is rejected, the account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
